Windom Fall
‘Wyndham Fall’ is one of the most captivating and serene tourist spots in Mirzapur. It was named after the then Collector, ‘Wyndham’, during the British era. This waterfall is nestled amidst the Vindhya mountain ranges and is famous for its natural beauty. The water cascading from a height and the surrounding greenery leave tourists spellbound. A small zoo and park have also been developed near Wyndham Fall, making it an ideal spot for picnics. Ancient rock paintings are also found in the nearby caves, reflecting the historical and archaeological significance of this place. During the monsoon, the waterfall takes on a majestic form and is nothing less than a paradise for nature lovers.
