Smt. Divya Mittal is an IAS officer of 2013 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She was serving as DM of Sant Kabir Nagar district before being posted as District Magistrate Mirzapur. In her earlier stints she has worked as VC, Bareilly Development Authority; Joint MD, UPSIDA; CDO, Gonda and SDM at Mawana(Meerut), Meerut and Sidhauli(Sitapur). During her stint as Assistant Secretary, Niti Aayog she was selected among the 5 presentations made to the Hon’ble PM, Shri Narendra Modi. During the IAS training at LBSNAA, Mussoorie , she was awarded the Ashok Bambawale award given to one IAS probationer in the batch for outstanding performance in the whole training component of 2 years. Before joining the Civil Service, she has worked as an exotic Derivatives trader in London. Divya is an MBA from IIM Bangalore and did her B.Tech from IIT Delhi.
