Mirzapur is an ancient city. The people are simple and gentle. The city area is surrounded by hills. There are three municipal board and one town area. Most of the business held with the two major city adjacent to mirzapur namely Varanasi and Allahabad. The city is under development. Carpet and stone items are the main business of the city. Mirzapur is also famous for its GHATS on the bank of river Ganga and design work of stone.

4. Kachhawan Town Area.
